We want you to get involved in developing proposals for long-term road safety improvements in the Regent’s Park Area.
Background
People living close to HS2 construction sites have seen their lives disrupted with additional lorry traffic, road closures and construction noise.
To mitigate against this, Camden Council has secured £2.4 million in funding from the HS2 Road Safety Fund which can be used for road safety interventions, especially with regard to improvements for pedestrians and cyclists, including traffic calming, safer crossings, and improvements to junctions and routes for pedestrians and cyclists.
We need you
Camden wants to work closely with the local community to understand local issues, opportunities and develop potential changes to the Regent’s Park Area.
Complete our short survey and have your say on a positive legacy for the neighbourhood following the completion of HS2. Visit https://eustonengagementhub.commonplace.is/en-GB/map/map-regents-park-area-safe-and-healthy-streets. The survey closes on 4th June 2023.
If you have any further questions about the project or would like to request the survey in a different format, please email safetravel@camden.gov.uk
